Who controls your data

What data we collect and why

When you join the early-access list, we collect your email address and the name of the form you used. We use them only to send you news about the launch, the start of sales and do.me.hair updates.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by writing to the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of emails sent before.

Who we share data with

• Klaviyo, Inc. (USA): the email platform where we store the sign-up list. Data is transferred to the USA under the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• SeoHost: website hosting (Poland).

How long we keep data

Until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we never email you again.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to restrict its processing and to withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland or with the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. In your browser’s storage we only keep a note of whether you closed the sign-up window or have already signed up, so we don’t show it again, and which language version you just switched to, for the page transition.
